• Account Details: Full name, age/date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email address.
• Health & Medical Information: Initial clinical assessment reports, CTRI recovery scores, daily check-in reports, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, and rehabilitation exercise logs.
• Profile Photograph: Optional profile picture for clinical identification.
• Payment Records: Billing and transaction history (debit/credit card details and UPI PINs are securely processed by authorized third-party gateways and are never stored on our servers).
• Chat Messages: Text messages, consultation questions, and medical images/documents uploaded within app chat channels.

To ensure clinical safety, maintain high-quality care standards, and coordinate seamless treatment across your multidisciplinary care team, the Clinic Administrator has administrative access to read patient-and-doctor chat messages.

5. Compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023

We strictly adhere to the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, ensuring lawful purpose limitation, transparent disclosure, data minimization, and robust security safeguards.

During signup, users provide two explicit consents:

• Clinical Care Consent: Consent for clinical assessments, care team multidisciplinary access, and administrative oversight.
• Terms & Privacy Policy Consent: Consent to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We follow a clear and transparent retention and deletion policy:

• Personal Login & Account Details: You may request the deletion of your personal login credentials and account profile at any time from app settings or by contacting support.curetribe@gmail.com.
• Medical & Clinical Records: Clinical treatment logs, consultation notes, and CTRI assessment records are retained by the clinic as mandated by healthcare record retention standards and medical regulatory compliance.

7. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Cure Tribe, appointments, consultations, therapy sessions, yoga sessions, rehabilitation programs, and wellness services involve the reservation of dedicated professional time and resources. Accordingly, the following policy applies to all bookings made through the Cure Tribe platform.

7.1 No Refund Policy

All payments made through the Cure Tribe app, website, or any other official payment channel are final.

No refunds will be issued for booked appointments, consultations, therapy sessions, subscriptions, rehabilitation programs, yoga programs, wellness plans, or packages.

Refund requests based on personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after service delivery will not be accepted.

7.2 Rescheduling Policy

Users may reschedule a booked appointment or session up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment time will not be accepted. All rescheduling requests are subject to practitioner availability and slot availability.

7.3 Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)

If a user does not attend a scheduled appointment or session and has not rescheduled it within the permitted timeframe, the appointment/session will be considered utilized.

Such appointments are not eligible for refund, credit, transfer, or future rescheduling.

7.4 Packages, Programs & Subscriptions

Sessions purchased as part of a package, subscription, rehabilitation program, yoga program, or wellness plan are non-refundable.

Unused sessions must be utilized within the validity period of the purchased plan. Expired sessions will not be refunded, transferred, or extended unless explicitly approved by Cure Tribe.

7.5 Technical Issues

In the event of a verified technical issue attributable to the Cure Tribe platform, the affected appointment or session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. No monetary refund shall be provided in such cases.

7.6 Provider-Initiated Rescheduling

If a Cure Tribe practitioner is unavailable due to illness, emergency, technical difficulties, or other unavoidable circumstances, Cure Tribe reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to the next mutually available time slot.

7.7 Emergency Exception Clause

Cure Tribe reserves the sole and absolute right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation, extension, credit, or rescheduling granted under exceptional circumstances shall be entirely at the discretion of Cure Tribe. Such exceptions shall not constitute a precedent or entitlement for future requests by any user.

7.8 Policy Acceptance

By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, subscribing to a plan, or making any payment through Cure Tribe, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
